I’m currently engaged in the bakery business in my local community. My role necessitates the assurance of an ample supply of bread and cakes to meet customer demands. The intrinsic satisfaction I derive from my job is immense, primarily due to the delight it imparts to individuals. Observing customers as they enter the establishment, their senses heightened by the scent of freshly baked bread, and witnessing their subsequent expressions of pleasure, is a rewarding experience. Moreover, the position offers me a first-hand understanding of the nuances of managing a business. Fundamental aspects such as inventory control to minimize wastage, and establishing price points to strike a balance between profitability and customer appeal are part of my daily learnings. Despite the challenges, the learning curve is intriguing and gratifying.
