Question: How do you manage your mental well-being? Could you describe a moment that brought you immense joy?

There are a variety of ways in which I maintain my mental well-being. Engaging in playful activities with my pet, spending time outdoors in the park, and relishing my favorite ice cream with friends are just a few of them. A particular instance that filled me with joy was my surprise birthday celebration. My friends orchestrated a surprise party complete with cake, games, and gifts. My parents were also part of this memorable day, expressing their pride in my accomplishments. The level of surprise and happiness I felt was immeasurable. Reminiscing about that day still brings a smile to my face. It’s important to frequently engage in activities that induce happiness as it significantly benefits our psychological and emotional health.
